Please read through our return policy carefully, as it contains important information about returning your item.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you received it, to return or request an exchange for the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item MUST be in the original packaging no matter what the reason for the return is.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be subject to a depreciation fee.
Any food, drink or other perishables, as well as gift cards, are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
If you would like to return an item, please email us at email@example.com with the order number and reason for return. Some items may be fixable or under warranty and may not need to be returned.
If you wish to return the item without having to pay for return shipping, you can bring the item to our store during regular business hours. You can find our location and hours on our contact us page.
Unless the item is defective or was our error, you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. We will purchase a return label for you using our discounted rates and we will then deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
When shipping the item back, please make sure it is in proper shipping packaging. Please do not send it back with stickers or markings directly on the manufacturers packaging.
The original receipt or other proof of purchase must also be included.
Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 2-3 business days via your original method of payment. Some refunds may be delayed, depending on your card issuer’s policies. You will not be refunded the original shipping charges due to the fact that it was used to cover the original shipping.
If you have requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days of receiving the returned item.
Any items which qualified for free shipping will be subject to a restocking fee which will be stated when you initiate the return, unless the item is defective or it was our error.
This fee is to cover our shipping and handling costs.
There may also be a depreciation fee if the item has been opened or used, or has been altered from how it was originally shipped.
Unfortunately, due to the complications of customs and other fees, we do not accept returns on any purchases made from outside the USA.
ALL OVERSEAS SALES ARE FINAL.
